Altitude

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Altitude, a CRM and marketing platform operated by Scalevate Marketing LLC ("we", "us"). By using Altitude, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Altitude

You must be 18 or older to use Altitude. Altitude is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

3. Your contacts and consent

You are responsible for the contact data you put into Altitude and for getting any consent required before you text, call, or email your contacts. Altitude helps with this (SMS consent checkboxes on forms, consent records on each contact, automatic unsubscribe links and your business address in marketing emails), but these tools do not replace your own legal obligations.

4. Your data

You own your data. You let us process it only to provide Altitude, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

Altitude is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Altitude in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using Altitude at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or others.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
